JOB DESCRIPTION

Selected candidates role will focuson providing all levels of support to our customer base bothremotely and onsite. Candidate will be the initial point of contactwith end users requesting IT Support.

Ideal candidate hasexperience in DesktopLaptop repair and troubleshooting softwareinstallation hardware implementation and active directoryadministration.

Candidate must also have experience providingremote assistance using various platforms and must be experiencedwith providing support for O365 Applications.

Must be good atorganizing prioritizing and planning. Candidate must be able toupdate and maintain Help Desk records in accordance withestablished support procedures.

Candidate must also have excellentcommunication skills.

REQUIRED DEGREE

Bachelors Degree in Computer ScienceInformation Systems or related field.
